Martin Hay, Operations Director (Residential) commented,
The creation of an Insulation division is the next natural step for us. Over the last 15 years we have grown organically by expanding our range of services to suit our clients’ needs.
As the Scottish Housing Quality Standards (SHQS) 2015 deadline for the upgrade of kitchens, bathrooms and heating nears, we need to turn our attention to the next chapter for the housing industry: creating warm homes with low energy bills.
There is a wide range of government funding that is available across a range of retrofit energy efficiency measures but it can be difficult for our Clients to access it.
We aim to simplify that process and ensure our Clients benefit from our relationship with our partner utility companies and attract the maximum funding available for a variety of measures on every project.
We are now unique in the market place in that we offer the full range of housing refurbishment and energy efficiency services in-house.
We provide more than just refurbishment; we provide a cleaner, greener community.
