McGill Homes' First Development All Reserved
McGill are delighted to announce that all five homes built as part of McGill Homes’ first development have now been reserved.
The properties at Cotton Road, Dundee consisted of four semi-detached and one detached house on the site of a former nursery school. The houses were all three bedroom with en-suite in the master bedroom, open plan living in the lounge and dining room with a modern kitchen and bathroom.
The properties generated a lot of interest, with many viewers commenting that the quality of the houses was outstanding and far superior to what other developers in the area were offering.
Colin Low, Managing Director commented
I am delighted that the final plots were reserved over the Christmas period and that the feedback has been so positive from our buyers. It was always my ambition that we build superior quality, affordable homes for local people and from the feedback we appear to have achieved this. We can now move forward to our second development at Fairmuir Road, confident we have a great product.
McGill Homes have secured a second site at Fairmuir Road in Dundee where they will be building two detached and six semi-detached properties of a very similar style and quality.
Keeping the same team as the Cotton Road development, the houses will be designed by local Architect Ken Duncan from KDM Architects. They also intend to maintain the same supply chain of suppliers and sub-contractors. McGill Homes hope to start construction by April 2018.
