Construction work progressing well at 110 Queen Street, Glasgow
Construction of the new build, nine storey, high specification, office development at 110 Queen Street is on programme and McGill’s site team, led by Project Manager, Grant Arnott, move to site in August 2014.
McGill secured the Mechanical Work Package valued at £1M from development and construction company BAM. This turnkey project, the first for BAM in Scotland, is being funded by BAM Properties, built by BAM Construction and Maintained by BAM Facilities Management.
Brodies LLP has signed up as the first occupier on the prime site and will lease 25,000 sq ft on the sixth floor and part of the seventh floor. McGill has submitted a tender for the fit-out of the office space and are very hopeful of securing the order.
