Croythorn House consists of 61No luxury apartments. McGill were appointed by YOR Ltd to carry out the electrical installation and associated landlord’s services, including a two level underground carpark and clients’ landscaped garden and recreation area.

McGill were responsible for the entire electrical installation including Door Access systems, Site wide Fire Alarm system, Vehicle Control system to the underground car park, CCTV monitoring, all controlled from the Concierge office.

All 61 apartments were bespoke and close liaison was required with each individual client and the Main Contractor to ensure that all the Clients requirements were fulfilled to the highest level.

All apartments were installed with a bespoke Control System to operate the following -

  • Heating
  • Cooling
  • Lighting
  • Blinds
  • Home Entertainment 5.1 Surround Sound
