Graham Anderson House is a new biuild 30-bed independent brain injury hospital on the Springburn Road in Glasgow. McGill were contracted to install the electrical services package for this specialist care unit.

This fast track build required tight programming and co-ordination with the builder and mechanical contractor to ensure that the targeted completion date could be met.

From the installation of the lightning protection system, at the early stages of the building, the primary distribution services through to handover, McGill operatives worked closely with the builder, planning concurrent completion of various wings of the building.

The building is made up of 30 individual bedrooms, kitchen, dining and lounge facilities, treatment rooms and office accommodation. Secure accommodation is provided within the facility requiring the installation of specialist lighting and security equipment.
