McGill’s Heating Services Team successfully carried out a central heating servicing and reactive maintenance contract on behalf of Cairn Housing Association for approximately 870 properties. Our Heating Services Team were also required to provide planned and Ad-hoc central heating systems.
This involved removing and ethically disposing of the redundant systems and replacing them with environmentally efficient boiler and LST radiators. Void gas safety checks, reactive repair calls and annual services were also carried out. McGill delivered with utmost expertise and quality from beginning to end.
