McGill provides reactive and planned maintenance to Servite Housing Association across Dundee, Perthshire and Angus covering the provision of electrical, plumbing, gas and security services.

Servite Housing Association is a long standing client of McGill and this contract continues to build on an excellent relationship.

Since this contract was awarded it has been expanded geographically to include Perthshire and Angus and the range of services now includes plumbing.

We provide all planned and reactive electrical and gas maintenance work including testing and remedial work, a reactive maintenance service for plumbing work, door entry access control systems and fire alarms in flats and sheltered accommodation in housing developments in Dundee and Angus.  We also carryout stage 3 Medical adaptations.

For all trades we provide a 24 hour emergency call out service using a specialist call centre to collate calls and dispatch the appropriate tradesman.

To create further efficiencies, we have developed an electronic ordering system with a dedicated service desk within our maintenance department.
