288 occupied properties were refurbished over 56 weeks in a Partnering Contract with Dundee City Council.

This refurbishment included the installation of new heating systems, kitchens and bathrooms to all 288 properties.  Given the length of the contract, McGill utilised a vacant residential property to create an office in the locality of the site.

As well as being the central base for the Site Project Team, we created a kitchen and bathroom showroom, allowing the Tenants to select the finish of their choice and to gain a greater appreciation of the expected outcome of what their kitchen and bathroom design will be.

This is a unique proposition being offered by McGill and has been extremely successful with all stakeholders.

We provided a multi-trade service including electrical, plumbing, joinery, plastering, carpet fitting and painting services through our own employees in refurbishing these properties.
