Servite Housing association required Stage 3 Medical Adaptations to 30 properties, performing all trades.

McGill was issued with a list of 30 addresses throughout Dundee, Angus, Fife and Perthshire.  Servite Housing Association had identified each resident as requiring adaptations to their properties to aid their needs whilst bathing.

Following the issuance of Occupational Therapists Reports, our Site Manager and dedicated Tenant Liaison Officer surveyed each property prior to the work being carried out to ascertain the specific needs of each Tenant.

Following this and in consultation with the residents, we programmed the works.  Our Tenant Liaison Officer developed strong relationships early with the residents, resulting in high levels of tenant satisfaction.

McGill employed all the trades, including electricians, plumbers, joiners and decorators to deliver the complete multi-trade service.

The work to all properties was carried out within a 3 week period, on budget and on programme.
