This refurbishment project commenced in June 2010 with 46 bathrooms in occupied houses to be completed in 12 weeks employing all of the trades to complete the works.

The contract was procured via a competitive tender process and was delivered on time and below budget with 100% Tenant Satisfaction. Tenant feedback includes:

We produced bespoke brochures for the Tenants to allow them to clearly understand the process and allow them to choose decoration, floor coverings and wet wall panels.

Following completion of the first phase a further 203 houses were negotiated with a completion date of March 2011. This resulted in the programme increasing from four houses per week to 10 houses per week and then 20 houses per week, whilst maintaining the same levels of tenant satisfaction.
