We provide a panned and reactive maintenance service for Residential and Commercial Clients. Each programme is unique in order to meet the customer’s specific needs.

We utilise a specialist call centre in the UK to offer a 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency service across many of our services.

Our maintenance service covers:

• Heating, ventilation and air conditioning
• Plumbing (including gas testing)
• Internal and external building fabric and structure maintenance
• Fire, smoke and CO₂ alarms and detectors installation and maintenance
• Fire prevention including sprinklers
• Nurse and warden call systems
• Door entry systems
• Water Hygiene
