Landowners
We are almost unique in offering various options to landowners looking to benefit from renewable energy sytems.
We will carry out a survey taking each particular set of circumstances into account and for wind turbines, we consider issues like turbine location, wind speed, likelihood of obtaining planning consent, grid connection compatibility and payback, as well as the option of leasing land to a developer.
As well as offering a full planning, design and install service, we can also put landowners in contact with developers who will fund larger projects. The landowner has the option to lease the land in return for an annual rent. We act as a buffer between the developer and the landowner, yet still carry out the consultancy services including planning and design.
We are not funding and developing solar and wind projects so we offer truly independent advice to give you the solution that exactly meets your needs.
